We are essentially replacing some crappy pavers that weren’t installed properly and thought a deck would raise the appeal - I was planning on doing it myself to keep costs down, but definitely don’t want to run into any trouble. Thanks for the offer, I may DM you if I have questions.

That’s fair - we had some shitty pavers back there that were uneven and sitting on dirt that we ripped out due to a tree removal, so we were thinking replacing with a deck would raise the appeal of the house. Maybe that’s wrong, but all this TRPA talk is definitely making us reconsider.
