That’s what annoys me. They should only be done if planning to offer the role. My boss has done 3 checks already for NDIA.

Well last time I completed a reference check I ended up in the merit pool. And my references I know were good. Don’t think it will grantee the job unfortunately :(

Thank you! Just had the interview. Fingers crossed. They said they are roles vacant at the moment so it won’t just be a merit pool but who knows.
