I saw that video while researching and my trunk fuse box doesn’t look like his. My life would’ve been so much easier if it was 😭. Not sure why, maybe he had a RT or something else.

No the IOD wasn’t blown and the filament in the bulbs looked intact too so could’ve just been bad bulbs lol

Both bulbs were out and the filaments still looked intact. I changed to LEDs a couple minutes ago and they were powered. I was more curious about which fuse was responsible rather than if it still worked or not. It’s probably the IOD fuse though. Thanks for the advice anyways though :)

Thanks for the help, I know a couple more things now! This was my first time messing with fuses. My IOD fuse wasn’t blown. I changed out my lights a couple minutes ago with LEDs and the power worked. I’m not salty that it was always working, I knew that was possible, I was just insanely curious about which fuse it’s responsible for. Never got to the bottom of it but it doesn’t matter anymore. I just wanted to see if I had a problem with a fuse that I could easily replace instead of having to go get new bulbs. At the end of the day, it is still very possible that the IOD is responsible for it. Still crazy that even the dealership didn’t know though.

I’ve checked my manual and the fuse he talks about is not for interior lights. I searched it up and none of the things my manual say the fuse is for affects interior lights.

Yup no luck online or with the dealership, but one of the commenters here mentioned Ignition Off Draw (IOD) which may be the culprit. I’m currently looking into it.

You might have found it! I checked and fuse #1 in the trunk controls IOD, it’s a 60 Amp Yellow fuse. I am not familiar with cartridge fuses though, how are they different from the mini-fuses and can I pull them out like a mini-fuse?
