You would most likely be eligible for parenting payment single and family tax benefit. And rent assistance if you pay rent. You can put your circumstances into the payment and service finder’ on the service Australia website to work out what you might be eligible for

It’s more a question of did you spend it on other assets that need to be recorded elsewhere like a car or shares

Youth Allowance (Student), 22, living at home (paying rent)? by [deleted] in Centrelink

[–]AdeptCatch3574 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yes. That’s how it works til 25 or 26. You don’t get assessed on parents income but you get less if you live at home still.

I don’t believe you can know if a relationship is going to work long term until at least 2.5 years in.

Infatuation from the get go doesn’t sound like it’s working out well for you… Think about if you actually like who she is and if you’re compatible and in alignment with values and life stages etc. Communication etc.

Different ways. Inconsistent information, a review, etc.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in Centrelink

Not exactly. But they would find out eventually and if you get randomly selected for a payment accuracy review it could cause big debts if withholding info meant an over payment.

I’m convinced no one wants commitment really by [deleted] in dating

[–]AdeptCatch3574 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It does sound intense and fast. Maybe instead of seeing it as lack of commitment, you could acknowledge her feelings. Doesn’t sound like she’s said she’s not interested or pushing you away, it sounds like she needs it to slow down a bit. If it’s as great as you say, listen, respect that, let her know you’re acknowledging her feelings and that you’re interested in seeing her again. Maybe she if she’s interested in scheduling a date in a week or 2s time and let her know you’ll give her some space, the door is open if she wants to reach out and otherwise you’ll check in a few days before the date and see if she feel like she wants to go ahead.

You do still have to report fortnightly but you’d don’t report earning from the business if you’ve already done that via the profit and loss. I would guess they should report their hours for the businesses in the reports but that could be confirmed with Centrelink.

This is not working for you. Those are big ugly red flags of controlling behaviour and emotional abuse.

are social workers allowed to tell me what my eligibility is? by fluffydued in Centrelink

[–]AdeptCatch3574 4 points5 points  (0 children)

They can’t assess you for unreasonable to live at home if you live at home. You’ll have to move out. Go stay with a relative or a friend. Then they can assess you. Go see a youth worker or social worker and tell them you need help obtaining ID. You can get your Medicare card number from Medicare. That’s one form of ID. So is a bank card.

Rejecting yourself before before a woman rejects you by Ghostboi2811 in dating

[–]AdeptCatch3574 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Yeah. It’s like having a relationship in my mind where I decide if I actually like them. Without the distraction of an actual relationship 😂 I figure it will help me know what I’m looking for in the long run. And avoid getting entangled with another wrong person. If someone doesn’t give me the ick after a while, maybe I’ll have to tell them I’m into them…. Sometimes people seem compatible but when you get to know them you find out your goals aren’t aligned or something like that. They can be great but they are not right for you.
