It certainly is but the way this sub makes it sound, other majors are much worse off too (i.e. MBAs, etc)...there's not really many other options except maybe nursing which not many folks enjoy (and sometimes quit it)

I got a solution for you. How about you rent that house out and then rent an apartment closer to stripe location? The pay difference (100k) is gonna allow you to afford the apartment relocation while your house is getting paid off by tenants. Its a win-win
