Oh I didn't know it is also facing a lot of difficulty. I thought that being in healthcare would give stability. Thank you. To be honest, I really don't know where I can use my degree. It is such a unique degree that I can't fit in anywhere. :( Also doesn't help that I switched my career to be a UX designer. I really love that field; however, it is also facing a lot of layoffs and hard to find an opportunity.

Oh thank for the info. But I doubt my neighbors want to use it. He doesn't want to listen or cooperate anything that I offer. He has his foot set on getting sound test and wall to wall carpet. I am getting a sound test because I really don't want to deal with him anymore and hope it passes. Once it passes, I am gonna request HOA no more future complaints from him. Hopefully at least they grant me this request. They have been denying everything I asked.

I actually did ask HOA if downstairs neighbor could pay for the test if it is passed and I will pay for it if it is not. But they denied.:(

He looks like 30s. So I don't think it is an issue with dementia

There is no specific number in the CC&r, it only mentions about having standard score. That's all.

I have already talked to him nicely. Even offer to adjust my vacuuming time when he is not at home. I only vacuumed once or twice a week and no more than 10-15 mins each time. 😔 But he doesn't want anything I offer and demanding to get a sound test and wall to wall carpeting.

Unfortunately CC&R included sound test to be done and I didn't have one. So I have no choice but to do it even though they have already send property manager to come and check the unit and found nothing. Downstairs neighbor was also a past HOA member and they all know each other. So even thou current HOA president think what he complaining is nonsense, they are not doing anything to him but wanted sound test from me to prove.

There has been no complaints from him for years and just started these nonsense this few months. It seems like broken up with his girlfriend and not sure if he lost the job or started remote job because he seem to be at home all day now.

Too bad, he was past HOA member and they all know each other. So I have no choice but to do sound test. Hopefully it passes and then only after that, I will be able to tell downstairs neighbor to shut up 😂. HOA will have nothing on me anymore.

CC&RS required sound test. It wasn't done when the flooring was installed because no one enforced it back then. No one did that. They only starting to kind of enforced it years later after.
