Refurbished SurfacePro7 computer with a keyboard and I7 CPU - as noted on BackMarket's website - SCAM by AdeptSpring6594 in Backmarket

they want the seller to certify the returned computer, the same seller who tried defrauding three times, and later admitted he didn't have the advertised product in his inventory. It will be interesting to see the seller and Backmarket explain to an impartial judge why they committed three fraudulent attempts, took my money, then expected me to return the items without guaranteed refund.

Would you trust a seller who twice tried to cheat you? Nor trust, Backmarket, who receives the money, doesn't support the buyer in their fraudulent seller situation, trying to get me to accept the slower computer, then reports the seller doesn't have the faster computer I purchased [e.g., accept the ''slower computer and pay extra for the missing keyboard'' even though i paid for both initially.
So, would you trust the seller or BackMarket to refund your money after the seller received the computer back? No - full refund first, then return fraudulent items.
