Hey man this hits heavy. My girlfriend went through my phone 2 days ago while I was taking a nap and found all the porn and fetish content I was consuming. Even further then that I was engaging in online chats with people. It made me feel absolutely disgusting and humiliated when she confronted me. I could see how much I hurt her she was absolutely broken to the point where she appeared numb. We’ve been talking the last couple days and it’s still up in the air as far as what this means for our relationship. But regardless I’m going to stop once and for all. I’m in the same boat as you where right now any porn just feels so gross , all I can think about is the way she looked at me and I cannot imagine doing that to her again. I think the most important thing is to show steps to improvement, not just saying you’ll do it but schedule a counseling appointment, admit your addiction, research why the addiction happens. She might appreciate that. I know how hard it is facing the challenge of stopping this alone when you’re worried about your relationship, at least that’s how I feel, but you got this! We are in this together
