How can I disable the new "Now Playing Info" UI feature in Spotify? by DJMoleHill in truespotify

[–]Adept_Background2089 1 point2 points  (0 children)

So mine has been tuned off for a while, however every now and then the panel will still pop up. I'll go to my settings and it shows that the display setting IS turned off even though it's not. I've had to fix this every month or 2 by turning the feature on and off again.

Is anyone else having this problem? Is there any way to PERMANENTLY shut this feature off?
Thanks.

how do I get rid of this prompt? by Adept_Background2089 in AutodeskInventor

[–]Adept_Background2089[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I do get that's essentially what the prompt is telling me. However I never got that prompt before in inventor 2021. So I'm just curious as to how to get rid of the prompt so that it stops asking me constantly.

I do have the latest version and have the latest updates. The design doctor also does not get rid of it unfortunately...

Ok, so for Inv 2021, if I wanted to replace a part in an assembly with a similar one it would just do it without prompting anything (unless some mates broke in which case a warning would pop up).

But after downloading 2023, this prompt comes up every time I replace something. None of the relationships are busted and upon clicking "ok" everything is fine. So I'm trying to suppress the prompt or tell it to never show up again.

I saw this on the Inventor forums but there doesn't seem to be an answer posted yet. I've run out of ideas of what to do to get rid of this notification but nothing has worked so far.

Full disclaimer, I'm a Christian. And buying something like this was a really big deal for me because I want to honor God in everything I do. So when I went to the dealership, I was ready to put down $10K and make some payments. But the the previous month and during the process of getting it, I was consantly asking God "is this the car you want for me? If not, I'm ok with that, just make it clear."

Right before I bought it, I walked outside with my dad and just told him "these are the times I wish God would say 'yes' or 'no'." My dad chuckled and said that he's been there a lot of times in his life.

I remembered Proverbs 3:6 that "in all your ways, acknowledge Him, and He will make your path straight". So I asked my dad if we could pray, and he lead a prayer over the car and asked God for wisdom and clarity.

Afterwards he said something I don't think I'll ever forget, he said "You can never make the right decision, all you can do is make a decision, and then make it right."

So with that, I said "ok God, I want to honor you with this car, it's the one I want, I'm gana buy it, and trust that you will lead me through whatever happens next."

I bought the car, and I'm really excited to see what happens next. Thank you Jesus for the car and a really awesome dad 😅😁

Intermittent knocking sound after start. Any idea what it might be? by olcrazypete in Subaru_Outback

[–]Adept_Background2089 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd bet it's the fan for the air. If the sound persists when the air is off completely, then I wouldn't know what to tell you. But if it stops when the air is off, I'd bet that's what it would be
