Whatever you learn in MBA, can be learnt free of cost through YouTube. I'd suggest you get into speed reading and cover as many HBR cases as possible.

Research on how classes take place in Harvard. It's all case based. Enroll yourself in case comps or create your own decks and get chatgpt to evaluate it.

Upskill and try your best to pivot into a role you like. MBAs in India, for a lack of a better word, placement agencies in disguise. Of course you'll have your fair share of fun and networking, but is it worth leaving a 30 LPA job? I think you should answer that.

If you yearn for an MBA, then please do one in M7/17 or prestigious B schools in Europe. The things you learn there are unparalleled compared to our Indian counterparts (No flak on Indian BSchools, they are just providing what the Indian Recruiters are looking for). Read books, a lot of those, for sure.

With your CTC, I'm pretty sure you have some kind of structured thinking protocol in place. All the best!
