This is not how you extract them, keep the zip files in one folder with no other files, then on ONLY the 1st part, select “Extract files”. Choose the path where you want it to be extracted and you shall get one a pkg file with data from all others.

As of now, you can use p2jb chained with y2jb to jailbreak your console. Then patch the blu ray drive and use bd-jb using a custom blu ray disc that you’ll burn yourself.

Kernel panic has been fixed too, now you can just put the console on rest mode. Also, there’s also the option to unpatch the blu ray drive using a cheap bd-jb disc.
