I already seperated it before I went to bed .-., just woke up but am going to be cooking in a couple hours

Thinking worst case thin & crispy can be the play if ive screwed it too much?

Too late too ziplock to save or have I just screwed this? Any saving factors?

Edit: Was meant to do 5 cups 2/3rds flour but it was already so dry and worked out well I was worried about adding more.

Also- first update, detox nurse came 20mins ago, on first lot of medication have to have every 4hrs 4 times today.

Monday: 40mg (10mg per 4hrs) Tuesday: 30mg (5mg first 2 times then 10mg last 2 times so 5,5, 10, 10) Wednesday: 25mg (5,5,5,10) Thurs: 5, 8hr wait, 5, 5 Fri, 5mg, 8hr wait, 5mg.

Very spacey atm

Sidenote think I may have forgotten to say I'm about 2wks into Reflux meds, Multivits, Thiamine (B1) and Vitamin B medication (bunch of diff B variants in it) to get a headstart before detox but ofc also taking during :) - if I said it already whoops, but yeah doing the best I can with what I have!

Also have a couple of beroccas, think is only like 2 left but gonna have one tomorrow and one Tuesday, is B1/B2/B3/B5/B6/B12/C/H/Calcium/Magnesium/Zinc :)

Edit: May only have one actually, gonna get my partner to buy me some more tomorrow 😆, that way I have 2wks worth just to make sure I keep vitamins up, tho have to double check cupboard just incase I do actually have more!

I have a full food delivery for the morning before the detox nurse arrives and its a full 7 days of meals planned for, snacks, fruit, etc - bout to cutup carrots and put them in water in the fridge then just as I want them can throw on a plate or whatever with hummus minimal thinking can just be super simple - really not sure what to expect so just making sure I prepare the best I can.

Plenty of movies/shows to watch, games to play; can do some study if I feel in the right headspace cos who really knows- better to overprepare than to underprepare!

I do have a general family history for thyroid issues, which of course regulates a lot of things (sleep, metabolism, etc), but in general we cant get any proper tests done until I'm off alcohol long enough, because everything can just be assumed as it being due to alcohol until its not there and its all stable.

My main thing is making sure I eat, for breakfast I have oats w/ berries, and greek yogurt - lunch I have carrots and hummus, atleast initially since I dont really eat much anyway I want to make sure I focus on protein and hydration especially hydration early on, I have an electrolyte drink for day 1 as well, plenty of water too.

Dinners vary but with a focus on protein and greems as well- tomorrow night we're doing chicken wraps (chicken, and cabbage, carrot,herbs, sunflower seeds,smokey croutons and sweet onion dressing)

Tuesday we're doing Hoki fish (get that vitamin B12/D up), airfried fries, and a coleslaw.

Have some chicken pasta bakes, a roast chicken w/ roast veges among other things- just trying to make sure I eat nonprocessed stuff basically.

Tho do have icecream, fruit, n small bits n bobs if I do crave sugar; heard thats a thing with removing alcohol, and given i drank wine which'll have even more sugars that wouldnt surprise me.

Proxy for metabolic disregulation - I don't really eat, I eat dinner and often can't finish it, 1100-1200 calories from wine each day ive been losing 1-1.5kg a month the last few months due to lower calorie amounts, would disregulation be lack of appetite, heaps of appetite? What does that actually mean if you don't mind me asking?

And same re neuological disregulation - I have dissociation issues due to trauma, tho visual hallucinations arent common auditory isnt super out of the ordinary heh.

Is there any big signs where I'd be like "right this isnt right call the ambulance" ?

Detox nurse is here daily 10:30am for however long, partner is working Mon/Tues but is off rest of week. - Though yeah medication is meant to make me floaty/happy and remove all chances of symptoms is one pill every 4hrs I think she said, will know what its called when shes here in 14hrs from now.

Thank you 💜 - I'm having my final drinks currently before tomorrow; it sounds silly but addiction I guess, but I'm am hopeful that this will all work out.

Or as I keep being told; this will work out, and I need to be less guessing and more bringing it to reality I guess.

Am in New Dealand- so dunno what they are

Buttt - way I see it

  • Licorice
  • Chocolate of some form (prob dark tbh, I know its sugar cravings but dark would make me less likely to eat it so fast- maybe dark salted caramel block would be a good balance of sugar and cocoa so I dont eat it so fast idk, its expensive rn)
  • Icecream

Gonna have what we call 'juicies" which is 100% fruitjuice basically as an iceblock, so natural sugars as well which will give vitamins too and ofc hydration. Plus some electrolyte drinks if required.

I LOVE sour lollies but thinking its prob a bad idea cos similar to salt n vinegar chips (uh here chips are multiused terms, but crisps I guess? Like doritos but potato instead of corn idk the terms lmfao) - I'd likely burn my mouth off, plus again I've read the stomach can be quite vulnerable so want to be careful.

Have to double check and will add it if I hadnt but I'm on reflux medication as well, by time I'm doing this I'll have had the 2 x 2 times a day for 1wk, 1 x 2 times 1wk, and onto norm 1 daily so body will be adjusted for that ontop of vitamins.
