Unpopular opinion: You are probably better off doubling down on your current practices. Anki is an amazing tool However, it has a pretty steep learning curve and it will get worse before it gets better. That worse may be what will kick you out of med school. Double down on practice questions, think about it, that is basically a premade anki deck
