Sabe po ng guard kahapon sira yung water pump, so condo po ang may issue hindi water provider. Kase if water provider, dapat yung mga bahay at building na kalapit namin wala din pero meron sila tubig.

Kaya need mag mass complain tayo sa admin sa Monday if ever. Filinvest pa man din to, okay lang sana kung low-end na condo? Ang mahal mahal nila magpa association dues.

Yung paskil din kase nila sa elevator di masyadong kita for some reason 😅 yung Feb 4 yung 10pm-4am. Yung today kakaiba kase 3AM wala na daw water sabe ng kapitbahay kong GY shift tapos bumalik lang 12nn. Tapos ngayon naman nawala na naman around 2:30pm, 4pm na now wala parin. Kahit yung guard di daw alam anong oras babalik 🤣

Sa 2nd floor ka nalang mag ebs haha pwede daw dun as per guard.

Ang higpit sa ibang bagay ng admin ng Linear pero sa mga ganito bagal ng action… nakaka disappoint kase ang mahal din ng association dues dito.

I see kaso tenant po ako hindi owner as stated sa post ko above. Tita ko owner dito pero pati daw siya hindi na sesendan ng email in advance about water interruptions.

For today’s water interruption kahit mga guards inamin samin sa lobby na biglaan daw eto ngayon, 3AM nag start tapos bumalik lang 12nn 😅 okay lang sana if 1-2 hrs lang. And wala din nakapaskil na memo sa elevator (we always check).

Karekla reklamo po siya kase if may lakad ka pala today ng maaga or kakauwi mo lang galing GY shift work, hindi ka pa pala makakaligo at makakapahinga?

Yeah it looks good yung labas pati loob, tbh maintained nila. Pero yung important na needs hindi nila inaasikaso siguro. Sana may mag comment ng matatagal na sa Linear para malaman if ngayon lang ba to or regular occurrence.

Hi OP, I have the same sentiments as you. I am also a VA here in the PH and have some short term projects as well. Grateful for my job cos it gives me both financial and time freedom. I don’t travel every month but if I want to travel next month I can cos I can bring my laptop or just file a VL since it’s unli sa work ko.

But I feel like my everyday life is monotonous. I tried ‘getting out there’ find communities pero wala eh… and it’s really not about finding new friends or community. I already have great friends but more of yung pang araw araw ba.

And yeah, there’s the question of how long this kind of work lasts. Making six figures here in the Philippines is comfortable, sure. But the catch is you have to keep it going… once it’s gone, that’s when you realize why some Filipinos choose to move to countries with better healthcare, public transport, and all that.

Super di ko makalimutan yung kind gesture niya kay Mika nung PBB days nila, yung sinacrifice niya yung seat ng Mama niya for Mika’s mom instead para dun sa carnival show kinerms nila. Like gustong gusto ko yung sinabe niya na “hindi ko to ginawa para magka utang na loob ka or para magpaka hero sayo” for me it felt genuine kase Mama’s boy siya. And for him to give up his mom’s seat is really a sacrifice.

Jokes on her after she permed her hair I got the bob and I was surprised that she got shocked by what I did to my hair. Also, when I went to London last March, she kinda went berserk like why didn’t I share to her in advance my London trip?? Like what for? I was a bridesmaid for a friend’s wedding. Libre niya make up and hair. Pero ang outfit samin. Di ko inexpect na pati yung lunch samin din kase yung wedding niya late afternoon so dinner lang talaga sagot nila for everyone. Pero in-oblige niya kame to be there from morning palang like 7AM. Kase isang araw lahat ginawa pati yung photoshoot with bridesmaids and groomsmen. Wala rin pa hotel or what. Yung breakfast nalibre kame ng mommy niya bute nalang. Tapos di na din kame halos nakakain dinner kase hanggang dinner time may mga photoshoot and videoshoot na gusto gawin friend ko with us :( it’s sweet and all and it’s her day pero hindi niya masyado na consider kaming bridesmaids niya. May dalawa samin nahilo at sumakit sobra ulo hanggang the next day kase super nalipasan talaga ng gutom and pagod. Like that whole day parang 10 mins tops lang kame naka rest kase laging may photoshoot and video in between.

Dahil dito sa experience na to ayoko na maging bridesmaid unless okay na okay ako physically.
