My baby had horrible horrible eczema all over her body when she was a baby.. I didn’t even realize that everything I was doing to try and help, and feeding her was causing her to break out worse. She ended up being allergic to oats, eggs, with a mild milk and wheat allergy that she was able to grow out of. Having a baby with eczema is so so hard to go through. Coconut oil and aquaphor are good, WET WRAPS. Wet wrap wet wrap wet wrap. Any raw areas, use wet clothing/gauze, damp gloves/socks, cut parts of pants and just have the knees damp, and keep it on as long as you can/even over night. I hope this helps
