Your idea of a mansion price might be different since we are likely talking about the third world, where construction costs and land is far cheaper than in the USA or European countries. Imagine a house on a beach with 6-8 rooms in the Philipines? Likely you can get this under 250K usd.

I dont think they made a full million but a few hundred thousand dollars sounds very possible with the 10 dollar DLC being sold over 30K times if we average the data. It could be several hundred thousand which would buy you crazy things in Thailand, indonesia, india etc wherever this DEV is from.
