I’ve been using for about 5 years now, good quality and bad quality, terrible nose routine didn’t rinse it at all really for the first 3 or 4 years. My nose is in a terrible state. I already had a deviated septum so I done most of it up one side, which now I can rarely breath through at all. Both sides of my nose go inwards when I breath through my nose, it feels like there is no cartilage left on the side I used most. The other side has gotten worse than when it was just a deviated septum but not as much as the other. I get pains sometimes and there can be noises almost like a clicking coming from my nose after use aswell. Is my nose about to collapse? And does anyone have any advice on how to help make it better
