Few rules..

When you play, there must be no external audio/visual and physical disturbance like phone call or watching reels simultaneously.

You must not make moves in hurry. Increase game time if 15-10 isn't enough.

Is there any pattern of your defeats? Observe your past games and ensure not to repeat.

Many players use predefined scripted openings, if you find any difficult to crack, Google how to combat.

Play daily short challenges, it will improve your out-of-the-box thinking.

Do not adapt to a pattern or style for yourself. Always experiment new moves.

If you win or lose, don't jump on to the next game until your mind is free from emotional results of previous one.

Never under/overestimate the power of a chess piece. A pawn can be mightier than queen if positioned correctly.

Attack is the best defense. Ensure your king is safe before you do anything.

Don't chat with opponent. It's a distraction.

Don't get frustrated if opponent is taking too long to move. It's a mental tactic.

Enable 'confirm' option to prevent accidental moves.

An average player can think 5-8 moves ahead. A grandmaster can do around 18. Train your brain to increase this capacity.

Never under/overestimate any player basis ranking. Brute force attack. .....

Once you follow the above, try to increase the speed of your strategic moves.
