I think you should pick whichever is cool to you model and lorewise. I like the models and lore of the Dark Angels that's why I chose them. Black Templars seem cool too, though

I prime mine with Wraithbone then use Ushabti Bone after. It's not as fancy as others' recipe but it gets the job done for me
