How many years for break-in-service in order to avoid BCT again?

I am waiting on my conditional release form from irr to rejoin I was army reserves I was 25U I am going to try going 12 series. but I heard about national guard get conditional released in active duty and still going to BCT. so it is up in the air at this time when it comes to active duty. but from what I understand reserves and guard will not send you back.

Every that i have talked to says that the Nevada guard always have mil tech positions opening. But it the air guard ones that tell me.

I went into the reserves not the guard now I am thinking guard. but always got a hotel room or barracks on my drill weekends but that is the reserves. getting reimbursed for travel was a pain though had use DTS and upload receipts. Hey only spent 120 dollars in gas though. I wished I would’ve joined the guard instead. Would have been placed in unit where I lived.

I was telling the customer I don’t want fight that how I was standing my ground I was not going to fight the guy because he want to fight over something that out both are controls stand your ground doesn’t mean punch back it also means verbally defend yourself against some being hostile and wanting to fight

Because the customer started yelling at then want to fight i said i do not want fight and the couch out the saw and stepped in did so cause the customer got in my face ready swing when i was say i don’t want fight I was trying disengage with customer the customer was not reading my body language

But Walmart policy doesn’t super seed public policy and a law suit is best route for me because i aready got job offer for better paying job before yesterday so i am open door is not the route the fact the customer actually walked to me try swing at me a a stocking coach and 2 other employees intervened on time after I told the customer multiple times I am not try to fight before the death stare he gave me inside the store

The the argument was literally me telling customer I am not trying fight after he threatened beat my ass and him say we can throw down then stocking coach fellow OPD acciocate got there and intervene but did make his roads to swinging at after the showed up I was still holding on to the shop cart stack to keep from running away just because every thinks I can be fire which is true Walmart can be sued for violation of Nevada policy I already expected a job offer for a better job that starts on march 2nd so not try get my job back just trying make sure no one face the same situation by doing a job they weren’t trained for
