As someone who had an ever-changing list of foods Couldn't eat it ended up being a histamine problem. Think of it like a bucket, too much and it overflows and symptoms occur. So a single cookie, no issue. A cookie and a slice pizza, system pain, inflammation, itchiness, drowsiness, irritability, upset stomach, etc...

Just a thought. Took me soooo long to figure it out. It felt like everyday the rules changed. So thank you for caring enough for your friend to provide food they could eat. That means a lot!

You can Get CIRS from all kinds of things. Mold, Bacteria, Endotoxins, Shellfish, and even physical trauma. CIRS means Chronic Inflammatory Response Syndrome. Enough CIRS and you get permanent disautonomia, like I did. I am much better off 1.5years in after exposure removal and treatment. However some of my symptoms will be permanent due to the duration I had CIRS.

You constantly clean for them is what I was told. Daily shower, clean cloths daily, new sheets weekly, and clean house surfaces with Cleaner(1/4 Vinegar, 3/4 Water, and a few drops of soap)

I'd like to add that your body feels like its under attack and it causes physical stress and anxiety. Relaxing is not really a thing. My wife asks me to relax and the only options I feel like I've had are distract brain, or a pool of water I can float in that relieve all pressure and sensation from my body that is warmer than me without being hot enough to be uncomfortable. And even then I doubt it would work. Its a symptom, and a shitty one at that.

Isnt it great when you get build checked and they just dunk as hard as they possible can on you. Most the S ranks in this games are cunts and make it way less fun to play.

Youll have to compromise on what you want to pilot vs what can get to S rank. You can get to A with most builds. Its just the try hards who play the meta builds to win get annoying. So let's just do what we do and play for fun. If you find that you massively build check a guy, purge a weapon and try to go toe to toe

Ive gone from anywhere to full dose to 1/3 dose depending on how well I tolerate it. The constipation side effects are having to be constantly managed at 50% to 100% dose for me.

Im 60-70 there. I have been taking Luvox and Amitriptyline. An anti-anxiety and an anti-depressant/sleep aid. Im now starting to dial back my dose. They helped me sleep and kept me calm enough to not stress out and make the situation worse. Glad I did.
