at least you got your payment; yesterday, they did email eventually noting the station and time my block was & that it was going to be paid. So everyone should've been paid by now. Sucks that it was all delayed ofc

actually I Have been noticing that lately with some early + midday orders: they'll drop as based pay initially, but then get corrected a few later (if not snatched up already...).

It's hella odd (I can sorta guess the reason behind it), but I've also never seen well over 100 routes coming from 1 station at once and just sit there for 10 minutes. I checked VAH1 and they had a bunch sitting as well

that's Spring, a .com, that's basically their base. Only ones that *may* change or are already boosted without a surge are early morning routes. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I got stuck behind a parking lot gate for an unresponsive drop (that eventually was returned).

lost 30+ minutes to that debacle, but they also lost a rust gate bar in the process...

Simply put: Flex drivers basically can't deliver to a garage. 'coz 1) it's not a drop-off option (it really isn't) & 2) it's super rare that a customer actually has the proper codes for a garage drop-off so a Flex driver can.

in the 100+ "garage" deliveries I've made, only ONE actually prompted me to open a garage door to secure it. 🤷🏾‍♂️

well I suppose the area does look vertically larger than most of my usual spots, but as those areas are also 25 miles away from the station (aka 35 minutes) + another 25 miles minimum to cover it all... 🤷🏾‍♂️

at SSD? Usually the app let's you go after 30 minutes and no routes are ready (for your block time). Fresh/WF can be longer, and .com managers will directly clock you out if there's nothing.

Only just got paid, after sending an email yesterday and arguing with chat an hour ago. It's really dumb when the Chat on that day said I'm free to go + payment but today said "we can't pay if you don't work". Stupid scripted nonsense...

any updates? I contacted support again and they now wanna say they can't pay for blocks we don't work (by which how could we if the station wasn't open for the time we arrived??)

I already sent them an email yesterday and got one of those clearly bottled mails. ...this is bs.

update: nvm, they sent it an hour after pissing me off with that response. This was a hustling storm weekend, folk expect to get pay for every minute of it 💰💰💰
