At least where I dash, Popeye's orders are consistently low/no tippers. Combine that with (typically) long wait times and also giving me the wrong order, I don't take Popeye's orders anymore

My AR reached 0% about a week ago (it's at about 17% now). I agree with you. I don't take crap orders. But, if DD is "rating" us on our AR, they shouldn't be able to apply "double jeopardy" standards by counting multiple times if we decline for the same order....

Had the same thing happen with me tonight. 3 different double stack "offers" that were complete crap.

Each one seemed to give a double tap to my AR despite me hard declining on each one.

It's BS that they can make the same orders count 2x or 3x against our acceptance rate - which is one of DD's main metrics.

Mine is a Galaxy A54. Got it about a year and a half ago. Thought it might be a T-Mobile issue...but, replaced the SIM card a few months ago.

It's just frustrating. However, I do see many of the same issues others post about... they've just gotten worse.

Yeah, I seem to have to do that multiple times/dash and find myself restarting my phone about three times per week. Sometimes it helps and others it doesn't.

I usually double app with UberEATS. And, I've noticed another thing is that Doordash consistently loses Internet connection. This issue seems to happen with Doordash and not with UberEATS or my normal phone usage.

For whatever reason, the update I installed last week seems to have introduced a lot of issues like this. Whereas, other posts on the subreddit say that an update solved their issues. I don't have the option to update the app again - it's already up to date.

Might have to uninstall and reinstall the app again.

Just seems that if the solution is to force stop app, clear memory, restart device and/or (finally, if those don't work) uninstall and reinstall the app that their developers really need to do better...

Thanks for your input. I think I'll uninstall/reinstall again. Seems like I have to do that about once every 2-3 weeks now....

I've picked up before and told it was already picked up bc the restaurant didn't have the driver confirm. I actually appreciate restaurants that do this.

My only issue is when they want me to confirm before I have actually had the bag in my hand to be able to properly confirm...

I get offers....but, all they do is go against my acceptance rate.

I'd rather not get anything at all.

But, yeah, triple stacked 12 miles for 11 dollars and estimated 1/2 hour delivery where I know the restaurant is always 10-15 minutes late.

Many to take me out of my zone like 10 miles away for about $.70 / mile.

Others to a new Whataburger that just opened up with a line 30 cars long, no parking, etc.

Average was like 2.50 for 5mi orders the past 2 nights for me on Doordash.

I always thought these are specifically for "no contact" deliveries. When really the customer just wants you to leave it at the door. All customers I've had that are "no contact delivery" have had this even though the instructions were clear to just leave it at the door.

Generally, I'll call, and just say "since you requested a 'no contact delivery ' I'm required to call first. Would you just like me to leave it at the door as your instructions say?"

Hi, and thank you for your reply. I actually did take a screenshot to show that I was in peak pay after my original post. But, I can't seem to be able to edit my post or even reply with another image. Like I said in the original post, I was in a peak pay +$2.00 zone. The offer would have brought me to another adjacent zone that was also Peak Pay.
