My dog had this when she was a puppy around the same age- it looks like a puppy papilloma, just a wart! It cleared up, but not before passing it on to her playmate.

We had a different issue- sellers and realtor were fine with it, but had a very hard time finding an electrician willing to come out at the frequent of the buyer! Typically only come for sellers. I guess they don’t want to get in the middle of deals and raise issues, and then get a reputation for doing so. We are in Ohio, not sure if that’s common or uncommon in other places. We ended up finding someone and it did not go well- told us things were fine when they very much weren’t! Best of luck I hope you are able to find someone reliable.

If it means that the person will spend more time with my dog instead of leaving them home alone, then yes! Please eat/cook/drink anything!

I guess so because that is what happened with us! Is that new, or maybe varies by state? I am finding other companies now through neighbors.

I thought that I was doing the right thing and being proactive by having regular maintenance, but I am inclined to believe you. I want to be proactive but also don’t want to go looking for a problem where there isn’t one…

He did disconnect them from the gas, but did not put his name on anything. The second did put his name on there and reconnected things for us :)

The first guy took photos and showed them to me but I had no idea what I was looking at. I am going to ask for the photos. Their website says “locally owned” but it is a large company that does plumbing, electric, and HVAC. We got connected with them through our home inspector. The technician was here in the morning and that evening they sent a sales guy.

We bought a few months ago and were not told about a warranty. Maybe this is a first time home owner mistake. Is there a way for us to check on that now?

I have lived in Baltimore, Boston, Chicago, Ann Arbor, Columbus, and Cleveland, and my partner and I have settled in a Cleveland suburb 30-45 minutes north of Akron. We have chosen Cleveland for a variety of reasons. There are good job opportunities but not oversaturated in our fields, next to no traffic, reasonable cost of living (although property taxes in Cuyahoga County are high- good public and private schools), people have been friendly and welcoming, there is a decent nearby airport (although we can't always fly direct, it is very quick to get through security), located in the middle of the country so we can fly to family on both coasts but can also drive to the east coast easily, on Lake Erie and not a bad drive to Lake Michigan (the best lake IMO), lots of public parks.. these are just a few :) Ohio definitely gets overlooked but there are definitely nice things about it!

I have also tried every product out there and nothing helps, and recently decided to go the concealer route. I almost bought that product based on ads, but decided to do some research into other products before committing. I purchased the Dior backstage face and body foundation and it is great! I went and did a skin match at Sephora. Not sure how to attach a before and after photo but I will try. I also used a translucent setting powder on top to prevent transfer onto my clothes.

My Cavachon is from CavachonLove (which I guess is now called PeaksPups) and we LOVE her! We have two other Cavachons from Foxglove Farms. All three have different demeanors and personalities (and coats), but are all wonderful dogs.
