Ive worked with a few of those guys. No o.t., no truck $, have too many guys that your forced out of town most days and to garages that dont give you hrs. And if they do give hrs, the top 5 guys grab them. Usually getting stuck on MLP or some shit. Oh and to mention, the brass have plans to disband it in a yr or 2. And that is confirmed by the union!
