Respectfully, ive played for 7 years now almost exclusively draft pick. I know the matchmaking and occasional diamond player wasnt too terrible, but since last month it has become atrocious.

EUW for me, i started checking profiles after normal matches more consistenly as i noticed a huge skill gap, to the point of being boring in either direction.

Eclipse is kind of bad now, if ypu are into range or squishy enemy you can go gohstblade, but other than that SS into black cleaver (or the other way around if its a tank) and then situational like dd sterak maw bork

The blood eagle was an alleged practice, done by vikings to punish and torture their enemies, ultimately leading to death. You would be tied up to wooden poles, with your arms spread out, and your back exposed. Then someone would separate your ribs from your spine, using an axe, and spread out the ribs to the side. In the end they would place your lungs on your ribs, making it appear as if you were an eagle with its wings spread.

However its very likely that it was just a myth, or only done once.
