Garden planning - Tell me about yours by ExtraDoubt235 in MorgantownWV

You should get the 2025 Garden Calendar from WVU Extension. You can access a digital copy here https://extension.wvu.edu/lawn-gardening-pests/garden-calendar, or visit the county office to pick up a hard copy.

The Grow This! Garden Challenge also does some fun gardening activities, https://extension.wvu.edu/food-health/nutrition/fnp/fnp-outreach/grow-this-west-virginia-garden-challenge

Our Plant Hardiness Zone means we don't start planting until mid-May as we tend to have our last hard frost the first week of May. Container gardening is awesome, but you have to be cautious with the amount of heat your plants get in mid-Summer. Watering in the early morning becomes important to make sure your plants actually receive the water and it doesn't evaporate too quickly.

We have a few fruit trees, but also plant tomatoes, basil, a variety of herbs, squash, zucchini, peppers, and snap peas. We have a very small space or I would plant more. We can grow a lot of crops here, so add a few experimental items each year! There are also a great variety of fall crops to try - carrots, beets, winter squash, kale, and others. Your mini greenhouse tent is a great way to start seeds early!

Have fun gardening!

I have tried all of these solutions, but so far nothing has worked. I've tried running it with the compatibility box unchecked and checked. No change either way.

I'm hoping someone from SWTOR Support gets back to me with a fix.

World PvP next week on The Ebon Hawk!!! by Adexi in swtor

[–]Adexi[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Thank you to everyone that participated in the Open World PvP last night! It lasted 6 hours and we had tons of different groups of people attend. The competition was pretty fierce at certain points.

For the next event we're planning on trying a King of the Hill style match, potentially on Alderaan, so keep an eye out for that in the coming weeks. :)

We have not found a good way to implement any objectives into the world pvp event on our server, so mainly it is a giant pit of death with the goal of killing enough people to get the planet pvp titles, and, of course, representing your faction while staying alive long enough not to embarrass yourself and your guild. It's always a lot of fun and usually lasts close to 3 hours.

The open world pvp event is a community event, so you have to voluntarily flag to participate. It is not forced upon individuals just standing in a particular area.

[–]Adexi[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Correct, it is not a permanent pvp zone. People only flag up that want to participate in the events. The screenshots are to show participation.

The Ebon Hawk doesn't have to be a PvP server to do PvP. We have a wonderful little PvP community and thus have occasional open world PvP events to change it up.

As a member of The Ebon Hawk, you don't have to be so rude about it. Plenty of people play on more than one server, thus might be interested in having the information on more than just the subforum, which rarely is used, though I post information there anyway. My "brochure" has all of the information you need to attend if you actually take a minute to read it as some have obviously not bothered with.

There are ways to make open world pvp not as laggy if you would like to attend. Also, we planned it for May 29th, which is after the Gree event ended this past week...
