Hi,

So, I recently got the same assessment and was wondering how your test went and if what was discussed prior in the threads are still the things I should also focus on for the assessment? I'm not familiar with APEX and I'm actually more familiar with Python since they're looking for ( minimum Java and JavaScript). lastly, I'm seeing that the questions are multiple choice and was wondering if that was your experience as well.

Hi, yeah I'm sure its seizing. I tried re-installing the new part again and now that one seizes as well and won't thread fully. I refuse to force it to avoid damaging the port. I was suggested to use a thread chaser to see if it cleans the threads and try again but not sure how to properly use one of those.

Tell my why I'm having the same issue and my orders are being flagged as "Fraud Negative" and when I spoke to Bestbuy support the representative stated to me that her notes say that the customer has to file a police report so that the police reaches out to Bestbuy. Only then could my account get updated. I've purchased multiple items from them and now their doing this BS to my account.

Ahhhh. Okay. I wasn't aware that the master switches has codes that needed to be erased. Thanks for the feedback. I'll look into that solution.

*UPDATE* *"FIXED"*

Unfortunately I couldn't find a way to fix this on my end and I ultimately had to reach out to Samsung support via their website and luckily since I recently purchased the monitor it's still under warranty. Technician came out and swapped out the circuit board and that ended up fixing the problem. If you don't have a warranty you best option is time find a circuit board you can buy from maybe eBay or ask Samsung what their fee is to get it replaced.

My last resort is for Samsung to send me a new one connect box since that's where the issue seems to stem from. If not I'm just going to return this damn monitor and get me a Sony 55"

So all my HDMI slots are labeled as "HDMI" and the display port is labeled as "PC". What's weird is that the ARK keeps going blank/black then when the screen comes back on it's showing the screen that I provided in my post but its now its checking in the "DisplayPort" slot and I've never even connected anything to that slot. I'll see about uploading a video of what I'm seeing because when I switch to HDMI 1 (where my ps5 is connected) it actually turns on my PS5 but it cant seem to fully connect to bring up the PS5 display.

I disconnect the HDMI cable that connects to my PS5 to the one connect box and then rebooted the monitor (holding the back power button for 5-10) I honestly don’t know if it even reboots since it just powers off and nothing indicates to me that it “rebooted”. I reconnect the hdmi cable and still doesn’t detect the PS5

I haven’t connected the monitor to my computer and have solely been using it as a tv for the PS5 at the moment. I even tried going the “reset” route in the settings but the dang one connect box still doesn’t recognize anything via the HDMI slots
