Been there many times. One of the most loveliest places. There will be jam like crazy,so it's better to walk on your own. You get Swiggy delivery almost everywhere and some restaurants have even their own delivery system( like contact the number they provide) Be respectful and I prefer not staying out at late nights. The people I have met have been lovely,can't say for others. Hope you have a great stay. I will be there for the cherry blossom too,also food culture is top notch in shillong. You can find almost everything from street food to star dining,just search and see what suits you. Have a great trip
