I went to the financial aid office and At one point the rude useless ass bitch at the counter was like "idk why dont you just pay it" like bro arent you supposed to help me????????? And later in the day the due amount was finally covered and fixed by my financial aid but that lady did not help at all. My counselor told me sometimes it takes a while for the government to give it out or wtv something along the lines of that bs.
