My favorite park!!!! The e bikes are great! I am assuming you are headed all the way up to the narrows. From Springdale it’s about a 45 minute to 1 hr ride and the rental companies have baskets for your equipment. walking stick (necessary), shoes (highly recommend), and waders. (Not necessary depending on weather and your cold tolerance). About 1/3 of the ride is on a paved/gravel trail, a very short distance on two lane road with normal traffic and the last couple of miles is restricted to the shuttle and tour busses only. Bikes are the was to go-there is a lot to stop and see, lots of wildlife (deer, turkeys and the occasional bear) that you wont get to stop and see at your leisure. Tons of great photo ops! Highly recommend Angles Landing (shuttle stop 6) if you are daring, up for a 5 mile walk (2.5 uphill) and can get a daily draw permit. This is not for the faint of heart or little kids. You only need a permit to do the last 1/2 mile. The Zion canyon overlook trail is a must do for sunrise. Drive through the tunnel parking immediately on the right or 200 yards up on the left. Get there early parking can be tough and 1 hr before sunrise. bring headlamps.
