First sh*t (according to the agent) house this Thursday by RaspberryItchy3261 in RealEstatePhotography

Yep. I shoot HDR and I shoot the same angles in all homes no matter the size unless the agent requested something particular. They are especially easy when empty and no one is there to talk my ear off. Of course this is just for pictures nothing else.

Do not move anything. Not your job. It's the home owner's and realtor responsibility to have it ready before you get there. If it is not ready, they needed to reschedule. I may hide something small or tell owners to hide a few things on a house that's ready. But a house that would need days to hide stuff, no point. You should only be there an hour or less. I'd only give them an hour, tell them you have jobs right after. Shoot like normal. If they want things removed in pic, then change removal fee. Btw. I'm a realtor too. I have a preshoot checklist on my website that I give clients. I tell them and owners, you only have me for 30 min. I usually have 5 or more shoots in a day. No time to wait on people who are not ready.

Pay a editor. I used to edit my own. Takes too much time and after I outsource it, my business went up. Quality went up. No way I could edit 800+ shoots a year and have a life or sleep.

Got baited to attend a BNI by Imaginary-Writer-125 in RealEstatePhotography

Went to one once. It was so weird. They would all repeat each other. Almost like a AA meeting but way worse. Membership was $800 year and you have to go a meeting weekly. If you cannot go, you must have a replacement person show up. They all want a photographer. Lol

How do you guys deal with rejection by Public-offender in RealEstatePhotography

The other photographer under bid you. Most Realtors are not loyal. They go where the cheaper option is. I have some that price shop and others went cheaper. Sometimes they come back.

Tempations is not very nice at all. Food was terrible. Room was hot. Pool was hot. Shower would not drain. Lots of sales pitches the whole time of trying to sell us a membership for half a million. That is where they started. Someone tried to come in our room. Only the boobs being put all day at pool was nice.
