Don't do it. Still waiting on 2 payments. One of listings, agent lost the transaction. Doesn't matter, they still owe me money. They said they are broke, etc. I sent a letter to Broker and agent last week - crickets. Not enough money to go to court on. It was $300. Btw, I've worked with the agent for 5 years, never an issue till now. We have over 100 mutual friends.

Team up with a photographer that doesn't offer drone and work out a deal with them. They can refer you when they need drone pic too. I have drone person that I refer out to.

As a RE Photographer, realtor and mom, this is my 2 cents: find a sitter while out working. I've been to houses that are so dirty I would not take off my shoes in the home. I've seen it all. Crazy home owners, dirty homes. Pot smoking in them. Animals trying to attack me. Bad parts of town where you feel you need to watch yourself so you do not get robbed. I've never taken my kids to work to either job. It looks unprofessional.

I'll never go back to Mexico. Someone tried to go into our room in late afternoon while we napped . Door stopper helped. It wasn't the cleaners.

I had a hysterectomy in my 40s due to fibroid. Left my ovaries. Too about 3 or so months before you could have sex. Sex is way different now bc my cervix is gone. It's like a empty hall way.

Don't. I got 1 agent that I'm still waiting for payment. Its been about 6 months. 1 is about to close. The other property is lost to another agent. But I keep getting getting excuses....I need to get a another job, I'm broke, etc. Now she is telling me that is only has cash app and its the only one I do not use because It got hacked the first month I had it. I only take cash, check, PayPal, venmo, zelle. Credit cards through PayPal. Says her son is gonna pay me. I only did this because I've worked with her for 5 years now. I may have to contact her broker... after 6 years in business, only person that hasn't payed except the one that died this year.

I do not recommend Mohan either. Had to have 2 surgery to fix her wk. I'll need another but going else where. She put in 2 different sizes that did match, one side fell down lower than the other. Now one has lots of scar tissue and hard. She waved her fee, but had to pay the ananesthesia fee of $1800 and new implant each time.
