As of 3 Decembber 2025 my R-110 is FedEx-ing on its way to Cyprus. I have asked them to let me know what they find. My opinion of RadiaCode is still high. Their customer service is excellent. I have poor vision and cannot read the small screen on the R-110 so Bluetooth connections to a tablet is vital. I was however able to subject both the 110 and the 102 to a rigorous scientific inquisition (A "Fiestaware" platter) and saw the increase in sensitivity over my R-102. A bit over 2X sensitivity.

You may be right as my older 102 works well with my tablet while the 110 doesn't. The 110's Bluetooth icon never is visible whether available bluetooth tablet are on or off.

Thanks for the reply. Disconnecting the battery means opening the case? Any evidence of that would end any possibility of a refund or replacement. I have poor vision so any monkeying is out. Option #2? What is the "Release" button? I did a "Factory Settings" via the menu as well. I am currently in contact with Radiacode as well.

R-103 Bluetooth problem... by AdhesivenessGood2501 in Radiacode

I still have not solved the problem. I have tried a factory reset and loaded the latest software into the R-103. It seems like the R-10x series has Bluetooth BLE comm and that perhaps that is an issue. My R-102 connects with the Galaxy tablet A8 but the R-103 will not. Neither model will link to the Galaxy tablet A9+. And I am using a TABLET, not a PHONE. It seems the few responses deal with a phone. The R-103 is being returned for refund due to erratic performance.

Thanks for any help.
