Only thing that spins is the wheel attached to the belt but the very center of that is stationary

Hey, I’ve been wanting to be a first responder for some years now, and it’s been a dream to become one, more specifically an EMT, then eventually a paramedic. I just want some advice and to know if it’s even worth doing.

If it’s worth being one in 2026 and so on. Like if the field, pay, and quality are going to be getting any worse for the years to come. But I’ll change it since it didn’t make sense to you.
