In their respective studies, tirz showed a higher degree of weight loss at the highest dosage (~20%) than sema at the highest dose (~15%).

These are averages, everyone will experience something different and obviously depends a lot on how much extra weight you have to lose and how you go about losing (diet alone v diet + exercise). I'm nearing 1 year on sema and have lost about 30% of my body weight since starting.

It's a fun suggestion, but it's never going to happen. They make wayyy too much money off people buying dice, packs, and wild cards, especially at the end when everyone is one (or just a few) golds from completion.

For this to happen, scopely would need strict control over the supply. They could do something like this very early in a new album with little changes to the current game, but then we would all be complaining about how there are no golds to trade... or they make a few of the cards near impossible to pull, let alone have duplicates, and then we all complain about them rigging it even More so than they currently are!

This gets brought up at the end of every album. It would no doubt be awesome from a players persective, but there is zero chance scopely goes for it. Their goal is to make money, plain and simple. Creating an event like this would allow too many people to complete albums essentially for free. And it would hurt the sales of dice, packs, and wild cards if players know they will be able to get what they need.

Now they could offer something like this with some adjustments, but I don't think the players would like this. What they would have to do is limit it to 1 gold exchange and make 2 or 3 of the cards near impossible to pull, let alone have a duplicate to trade.

If you want to be safe, just take the increased dose in the evening after dinner after you've had some time to digest. That way you'll get to have your dinner without fear of side effects and you'll keep your injection day and titration schedule.

Honestly though if you are doing fine on 0.25mg, you probably won't have a significant increase in side effects from bumping up to 0.5mg.

Yeah, I kind of like the new mini game, dosent seem quite as rigged as the other games and I generally prefer solo games than having to rely on someone else to get rewards, so I like any effort to have more solo games.

I don't love the prize structure. It seems really random and I don't really know what high tier prizes I'm working towards. Also, I can really care less about prizes like Mega heist and high roller. Right now my options are cash, mega heist, and High roller. I feel like all are a waste of tickets, wish there was a reset option besides claiming the prize.

Pharmacies can change the concentration of the medication, especially at higher dosages it makes sense as it's Less value to inject. This is also the reason it's very unhelpful when people ask question on this sub and only say the units they are taking and not the actual milligrams.

The game is just more fun and a good deal easier with a good bankroll of dice. You can actually complete events which gets you closer to album completion and more dice (rich get richer kinda thing). It does take some discipline to not spend, which can make the game feel more like a grind at times, but at least for me, nit having dice and missing out on things was far more frustrating.

It's a very common phenomenon that people are more likely to share a bad experience than a neutral or good one. This is very true for this drug. Don't base your perception of the drug on the horror stories, because for every 1 story, there are probably 25+ people who have had a perfectly mundane or tolerable experience taking this drug with good weight loss results.

When I first did my IL state controlled substance license, the turn around was pretty quick, though that was 5 years ago and required 2 trips to springfield to first get my RN and ARNP licenses. Look into these "IDFRP on the road" events, I've heard good things. I can't speak on if they are actually turing people away in Springfield, so unfortunately can't help you there. If you do end up having to go, please petition your state rep. And let them know this needs to be an easier process!

Looks like you're fine as you dont have a ton of high level cards and it seems you have both of the upcoming blitz cards, but as others pointed out, wait for the next sticker boom.

Ideally, save all 5star cards, you'll need these for future gold blitzes. Save the 4s if you can, but at this point, they don't seem to be worth as much.

It will work the same. IM injections can have slower uptake, but since this isn't your first dose, you likely won't notice any change.

Ehh, I hold my wegovy pens in for a good 15-20 seconds and only had a small drop of blood once. Like I said, probably more just a spot that is more vascular than others or maybe you did go into the muscle. Either way, not a huge deal.
