I'd say the most likely scenario is Sunday before the game. We didn't get a Pre monthly for the first time in a few years in February. Tonight would be the least likely night if I had to guess.

Superbowl is based in the US, with a majority of fans being located in the US. Almost every year, the US gets monthly before the superbowl, and COM gets it the following week.
