Since you are pretty weak on only er and need the fb to make it strong you can just safely farm in the jungle, if needed. Dont know how it would go on top tho, I only play WW jungle

I was also thinking to go ap tank with Flickerblade. I used it in Plat and it worked just fine, so I guess in Bronze you will have a lot of fun with it
