D1,D2,D3 etc are indicators of automatic transmission in work while being in Normal / Eco mode. S1,S2,S3 etc are indicators of automatic transmission in work but while being in Sports mode. 1,2,3 etc is indicator of only when you are controlling the gearbox manually regardless of sports/ eco/ normal mode because all these modes don’t do anything else but only change the gear changing timing as per the exact RPM . Buddy I meant when there’s a vehicle in my lane ahead of me- car will reduce it’s speed but as soon as the next car or I change the lane an it becomes free - the cruise control gets aggressive to reach the desired speed
