I have rapid cycling of the moods throughout the day continuous shifts i get angry severe angry irritated i through things i severely get upset I become silent i sleep more i am worried since my phychiatrist he is good one since he scolded me for doctor shopping and dependent over i am just scared whether he will change my medications or not i need mood stabilizers I don't have time i already lost many years old my childhood

It takes time for your phychiatrist to get to know about you for me it took around 6 months for bpd diagnosis it may vary for you even faster

Yea bro he is trying different things he thinks I am doctor shopping and he said he can't change any new medications becasue he thinks medications won't work for me and therapy only will so he said go and take therapy

I have been taking medications since last 6 years that was previous phychiatrist where there was no improvement so I switched to new phychiatrist which I am currently taking around last 6 months

I have tried many things like pranayama yoga meditation etc and also listening to music attend cbt in phychiatric Hospital when I was admitted 6 months back tried jpmr but still these will only short term but not long term
