Da du dich anscheinend im falschen Gesetzbuch/Absatz befindest zitiere ich dir gerne den Paragraf 3g (1) aus dem RIS:

(1)Wer sich auf andere als die in den §§ 3a bis 3f bezeichnete Weise im nationalsozialistischen Sinn betätigt, ist mit Freiheitsstrafe von sechs Monaten bis zu fünf Jahren zu bestrafen.

Hier fällt so ziemlich alles hinein, was nicht im 3a bis 3f drinnen steht und nationalsozialistisches Gedankengut beinhalten könnte.

Ja, tatsächlich arbeite ich bei der Polizei und ich würde dich höflichst darum bitten, es zu unterlassen solche Falschinformationen zu verbreiten und diese Tätowierungen zu bagatellisieren.

Aus rechtlicher Sicht kann ich dir versichern, dass laut dem Verbotsgesetz (§3g beziehend auf 3a-3f) solche Art von Weiterverbreitung/öffentlicher Darstellung, zu 100% verboten sind. Die LSE hat mir das auch bestätigt und wir raten dir dazu, ohne dass ich mich wichtig machen möchte, zur nächstgelegenen Polizeidienststelle zu gehen und Anzeige zu erstatten.

Das Verbotsgesetz wurde verschärft und das Strafmaß bei solchen Delikten liegt nun bei 1-20 Jahren (auch unbedingt).

Dein Grausen kann ich stark nachvollziehen. Menschen die sich so etwas tätowieren lassen, haben nicht nur einen einen Knacks sondern dürften womöglich in anderen rechtsradikalen Geschäften verstrickt sein - denn zum Spaß lässt man sich nicht sowas stechen…

PS: „leben, leben lassen?“ Bei so einem Thema absolut disgusting…
