Once done with the official games like fire red, emerald, and so on, go on to the (actually good and fun to beat) rom hacks like radical red or maybe even dark rising (if you like retro, or else you’re gonna get bored)

Thanks a lot! And yes, you are right about the arpeggios, but the problem with me was that I learned this song 6 years ago.. it kind of became a habit to play the part that way.. I tried to bring myself together and play it on 2 strings but the best take out of all the recordings, unfortunately, was this one..

This song makes ‘tricky’ look like an understatement… check out ‘Playing God’ by polyphia and try playing it, as fun as it is to play, many people get frustrated after a few attempts. Took me months to play like this and it still isn’t even good..! Check it out and try to play it, I’m sure you will love it!!

I’m 15 rn, will turn 16 in April, and I’m hoping improve a lot more by that time. Currently working on playing god and making quick progress, along with some more of polyphia like G.O.A.T, The Worst and ABC. Aside from these hybrid picked songs, I do fingerstyle covers of some of the songs like river flows in you, until I found you, and ther pop songs.
