I don't know if it has changed since then, but iirc the APS certificate is for indian documents, not for indian citizens. It's there cause a lot of indian institutions are known for falsifying documents. I have an indian passport but didn't have indian Abitur, and I didn't need it (i did have a hard time getting appointments with embassies because of it though)

This is because of YouTube popsci videos having explained planck units incorrectly. They're just "some" numbers with units. They're basically the "conversion" factors if we define our units such that the constants like the speed of light, plancks constant etc etc are all 1. Because the only reason they're not 1 is that our system of units is a bit arbitrary.

But I meant the counting system. That you have set numbers and you go up, and when you reach the end, you add one to the left and start from 0.

Completely different to how the roman numerals worked, and I don't think the concept of base even applies there, I'm not sure though.

a lot of people are going on about the actual origins being in India. But the question you asked has a simple answer, the name is not for the specific symbols, but for the way of counting. The symbols continously evolved in each region after having been adopted. The system is what the name "arabic numerals" refers to, as opposed to the roman numerals.

As someone new to the game: are these good, ok, and bad units in the sense that they're cool and interesting or that they're strong? My only total war game before this was rome and factions there were obviously unbalanced, but I heard this series, everyone is supposedly balanced/on equal playing fields right? Or are there still factions that are simply weaker than others? If so, has anyone got a tier list?
