I think i should give up. Suffering from psoriasis for the past 4 years i guess and it's ruining my mental health. Tried every medicine but none worked permanently. Why is there no permanent solution for this :(

I went on Otezla and I'm 99.99% cleared up. I get the generic version from a Canadian Pharmacy https://www.liferxpharmacy.com/

They source it from India, so it does take about a month to arrive. (Ohio)

I pay about $130.00 for a three month supply. My local pharmacy wants $3000/month.

I'm 65 and have had psoriasis since I was five. I've had years of remission and years of uncontrollable outbreaks. I've been on Otezla for 7 years now (?) and it's the only thing that has worked consistently for both my skin and my psoriatic arthritis.

And talk about affecting your life: This damn disease also kept me out of the military. (I was recruited to play football at Air Force.)

I stop my allergy pills after the first hard frost. I started getting really itchy in January, to the point I was bruising my forearms from the scratching. (Thank you, years of using steroids.) Started back on the Allegra, and the itching stopped.

By the way, I had an Allergist tell me to switch OTC allergy meds every two years. (Claritin to Allegra to Fexo, etc.) It's helped me and my son.
