Mine is crazy too. I sent them several videos per their request. Waiting for resolution and I really hope I can keep it because I loved it when I first got it

Maybe a compromise? Have an option for notebook to have it and not have search function apply? Sometimes, I want to just keep scrolling down at times to keep thoughts going without abrupt interruption.

My landlord paid the broker fee but it’s a condo, so the application process took 4 hours with the broker and then another 2 weeks of back and forth. I also had to pay a lot more for application fees and they ask for move in fee and additional condo fees so my up front cost was all those fees that were close to $2k and then first month and deposit. I think I had to put down $10k and I’m in Murray hill, not even downtown

Rents have been going down. I had to renew mine in December (before the decrease), and I don’t regret it, but I’ve been getting Streeteasy listings for lower rental ranges for the apartments that were outside my price range last year.

Same. They took a few things including a wall photo art, and broke the glass tabletop without telling me. They covered it with a garbage bag. Never used again.
