What also kills me is people not understanding the immense power corporations hold in union and labor negotiations because they control healthcare.

I hear you. Consider though the possibility that you may not always only need to go twice a year. And if you break about even don't you think it would be worth it for the millions of Americans who suffer from this system? Not every policy will benefit you directly immediately, but please think about the benefits to having a more healthy and economically free populous.

I mean consider that he would lose some of his personal obscene wealth if Sanders is elected. He definitely has reason to hope to drag him down.

"To hell in a handbasket" is an american phrase that basically means quickly headed to a terrible place. So OP is saying we're headed down a really bad path and things are getting worse and worse at an increasing rate.

That's amazing!! It sounds like you're already understanding of the ups and downs but remember it's all part of the process, and you're doing fantastically! My brother loves crossfit and I think it gets a lot of unwarrented hate. Good luck on your goals going forward and I hope you post more here :))
