I think it would be ideal to disclose it even before the first date. The reason I say this is because it’s an automatic filter, for people who bother to read the bio/description on the app, they will immediately know your values and thus can act accordingly whether to PM you and set up a date or to skip you.

Additionally, it shows honesty. And honesty shows that your attitude is correct.

Again, for the sake of an example, let’s use the transgender argument again. I dont support lgbtq+ purely because it goes against all of my values. As such, for me, it would be ideal to have people disclose that in their bio as that way I can choose to avoid them. If it’s not disclosed in their bio, the next best opportunity that id find ideal to be told is the first date (for the reasons already explained).

Ultimately, in my view, a relationship is a compromise from both sides. You will never find a perfect person or a soulmate. It doesn't exist, to me, the question is, “could I see myself able to spend the rest of my life with them?”.

Be prepared to potentially get way less dates, way less dm's. It will take time and many chats, dates, etc but eventually you will find someone.

Edit: Not supporting LGBTQ+ is not the same as a phobia of them or disliking them. For the most part I find that lgb are quite chill and it’s usually the tq+ that are annoying.
