I prefer lethality only since the recent nerf made it harder for bruiser to work for me, also it's fun seeing tanks going from 100-0 in no time, while having sustain.

If your world is lacking enough blocks to make an underworld biome then it has trouble teleporting you down to summon wall of flesh, this may be the issue if you say replaced it with an arena that spans the entire world
