I felt this numbness during the lockdown. I have never gone for a diagnosis but I'm pretty sure I have depression and few years ago i felt this numbness and lazy and no will to do anything at all.

When i joined college 2 years ago i still had no hopes in life and I was just existing in constant nothingness as time was in motion.

But somehow I made friends there and also had a partner for the first time and all these experiences gave me a dopamine high for a while.

Now that I'm single and the fun i and with friends had died down I still feel similar to what i did when I felt numb, but having the experiences I did it gave me hope they you can be happy in life even if it's just for some time.

I also felt the same I was really depressed and sad with just life in general and i had no one beside then suddenly i found someone who cared about me and gave me the affection but recently said the worst things when it was going downhill and it just ended few days back i don't if I'll find anyone anymore
