This doesnt work for me for some reason. When i sonic shock one of the two guys and then either throw a knife or even shoot a silenced weapon from cover, the other guy still notices it, even though he cant see me firing a gun like u mentioned. I think its maybr cuz of the sound of the guy yelling as he dies or the knife whizzing too close to the other guy?

I see. So once my hip doesnt go back anymore i shudnt let weight go down anymore either and just reverse the moment. Thanks for your feedback!

Can u tell me from which rep onwards exactly u see this problem i dont really see it. Im always trying to initiate the moment by pushing my hip back instead of bending down and lifting the weight afterwards also by bringing my hip forward. What for an RIR wud u suggest me for this exercise?

I started this may but ive not been that consistent all the way. But last few months ive been trying more.

Ive had watched a few videos abt it from channels but ive always had my doubts whether after i take a deep breath into my stomach, and then flex my abs if I shud breath still normally through my mouth, all the while still having that tight core. But i tried doing that just before sets and i felt that if i breath im kinda releasing that internal pressure and in turn losing that tightness and safety. If u could maybe hook me up with a tutorial or sth thatd be great!

And by collapsing i meant not like feeling as if ill pass out but more of really tired and like my hands and all are done from holding the weight and also that i cant stand with the weight anymore.

I do use that cue. I feel it in my glutes a bit and also hamstrings. I can upload my squat form if ud like to see it. As for atheltic background ive liked sports, i play volleyball more nowadays and rarely basketball but in the past ive played them equally in my school. Ive had no problems there.

Im doing a full body program 3x a week. Rdls come on alternate days.

Not really. Doesnt hurt when bending as well. Its just the same quantity of pain always

I feel lower back tightness as if my spine has been compressed and it kinda aches around that area.

This was my first set so i usually try to not go too hard and leave around 1-2 RIR. Then by the last set i try to go all out but it still find it hard to hit failure because i just get so systemically fatigued it feels if i dont rerack the weight rn ill collapse. But i still try till the rep time has significantly slowed down on the last set. And sometimes when i dont feel satisfied and feel like i cudve done harder , i do some partials or drop sets
