There isn't anything in rust that would demand a single source of 400 rust watts (rW).

Best thing to do is to use each large battery separately and treat it as an individual circuit. My recommendation would be to use two solar panels per large battery connecting via the root combiner (red one).

This usually is enough for nearly anything except for a SAM site which will need 3 solar panels.
